So I've been comparing and trying to hear the difference between OFC and CCA cables forever, and my conclusion is - a good CCA like this one will give you factually same quality sound. Just go with a thicker gauge. I bought this cable thanks for the reviews, and they were true. This is a great quality cable, true to specifications, and the sound quality is awesome.

It takes more time to measure and cut speaker cable, then install your own banana plugs, but if you buy quality supplies it's well worth it. This cable is as good as it gets. One side is very clearly marked with a red stripe, and the cable is definitely sufficiently heavy gauge for connecting any home audio or A/V receiver to speakers without adding resistance to the circuit. On top of that, it's reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
