The product works as it should, the quality is what you pay for and this was a simple solution for me to put my bench up to and do we pull downs from my power rack. It works and is worth the price.

My TL;DR summary? This is solid after I guessed where to install the rubber pads.I got a moment of silence after the kids are off to bed and installed this on my Rogue Monster Lite so I haven't had the chance to use it, yet.Good on them for not wasting money and polluting the world with more cheapo wrenches. I already have too many cheapo wrenches and allen keys from IKEA. Unlike IKEA, this equipment has no instructions for me to laugh at :(It was fun trying to guess where to put these sticky rubber pads where they didn't explain it on any of their videos or pictures. I placed mine horizontal on the back plate since it fit perfectly in that orientation and vertical on the middle of the front plate to give as much vertical coverage.Once the rubber was on, it wasThe insert pin was a tiny bit smaller than my other Rogue attachments, but it doesn't matter since the equipment is a perfect fit for my rack once I put the rubber pads in place. It actually takes a little work to twist this onto the rack. It's practically clamped into place and not budging.Overall, I was pleasantly surprised this company built a genuinely solid and useful piece of equipment.

The racks I'm using do not have pass through holes so the pin was a little to long. Cut about a half inch off the end with a cut off wheel and its works perfect. I use it for hamstrings, sit ups, and back. Very handy tool.

It’s a little wobbly, however, it is a very good and convenient product, the pads don’t slip off like similar products seem to do.

Used it on my titan fitness functional trainer so i can actually do late pulldowns now. Works great.
