Quite happy with this purchase. They work perfectly with the rack I have and now I do not worry so much about being able to get the weight back on the small hooks that came with the rack. I would recommend these for anyone with a rack that they fit.

I have the 3x3 power rack with 5/8'' holes and like to also lift outside the cage. Looking at the main brands, spotter arms can cost nearly what the rack costs. These are plenty heavy duty. They're shorter than some spotter arms, but I like the length as I have limited space in my home gym. The only thing is instead of plastic inside the cup to prevent metal on metal contact, they use a rubber sticker. I would have liked if they came with a few extra of these stickers for when they wear down, or had the option to buy some more. . But i've seen folks use electrical tape as well.Overall a great option for any 3x3 rack - especially with the free shipping

These arms a pretty great value. They come with stick-on spacers that allow for the arms to connect in a tighter way to the rack. One downside is that no two racks are the same, even two sides of the same rack my be different. So, you need to consider which side you want to use each on, and then stick on the spaces and mark which side the arm belongs. Otherwise, they do tend to have a bit of wiggle room or fit very tight. But these are great for safety bars for heavy squats and even held up very well under a heavy barbell for rack deadlifts (385#).

I bought these because it is supposed to hold at least 500lbs of weight. I rated it 3 stars because it can shake at times on the rack.

I bought these not realizing my rack had 1/2†holes but I modified my rack with a drill bit and they work perfectly. That was my fault so just make sure your rack hole size is comparable.

A+ Price, delivery and quality all good.I bought the 3x3" spotters for my 2.5x2.5" Marcy Smiths' Machine. Obviously there's some play around the attachment arms but the locking peg and business end are snug and flush to the frame. Totally stable and no significant safety issue.

I have a 2x2 x 1 inch hole power rack and these fit great. My bar will roll to the end so I don't know if that's the level of my basement floor or the fit of these. However if this bothered me, I could glue some sort of spacer to fix it.

So far so good with these. They fit perfectly in my synergee folding rack. I haven’t slammed any weight on them yet but they are sturdy and seem well made.
