First off, I'm incredibly happy with this purchase. Since you're probably wondering, yes the finished product really does look as good as the official pictures. I got this to complement my small kitchen and now I couldn't imagine the space without it. I use the shelves to store pots, pans, and small appliances. I use the drawers to store all of my glass food storage containers. And the towel racks are a lifesaver.Now, while I give this product 5 stars and I'm deeply impressed at the quality for the price, I feel I should still mention the shortcomings. First, the directions understate how long this takes to put together. My father and I are both reasonably handy and it took us almost 6 hours to finish this together. You might be able to rush through it faster, but we took the time to try and get everything secure and aligned properly. Many of the fasteners seemed a bit flimsy. Also, while it says its MDF, it looks to me like its made of particle board. I had my doubts about the sturdiness of this while putting it together, but the finished product seems very solid and I expect it to last for many years. The top also thankfully really is solid wood and provides a great surface to work and eat on.I use this as my dining table as well as a food prep surface as my place is quite small. It works well for both as it comfortably has room for two stools. Initially the island seemed unsteady and felt like I might topple it over when resting an arm with some body weight on the fold-out section. My solution was to put some weight plates at the bottom of the cabinets, and to store my cast iron pans in there. This worked wonderfully as I can really lean on the fold-out section and it still feels solid and stable. An extra hundred pounds or so down near the bottom of the unit really made all the difference. Note: I also customized it by switching the handles for ones that matched my built-in cabinets.

Wow, this kitchen island is so much bigger than I expected, but it’s been a fantastic addition to my kitchen! I had a lot of empty space in the middle, so adding an island was high on my list, and this one delivers.I love that it’s on wheels, making it super easy to move around, and the drop leaf is a great feature—I can fold it down to save space or extend it when I need extra surface area. If I need more floor space, I can roll it from the middle of my kitchen all the way underneath my mantle effortlessly.Just a heads-up: assembly is definitely a two-person job, so make sure you have someone to help. But once it’s set up, it’s a solid and stylish piece. Highly recommend! ðŸ½ï¸ðŸ”§âœ¨

Build was easy, and the quality is higher than other stuff I bought. The cabinet doors have dual magnets, the wooden top feels really nice, everything aligns well.I really like this!The one complaint is that it's wobbly because it's so narrow and on wheels. When you put a reasonable, and in no way excessive amount of weight on the leaf it is prone to tipping over, so you have to be really gentle with it.I would have preferred having some legs provided instead of the wheels and maybe somehow ensuring a wider base so it's not as wobbly. Even adding weight such as pans and pots doesn't significantly improve it.

Second try to post a review!I purchased this for my wife as a birthday gift that she really wanted. It was a success! She loves it.The instructions are a little off on the estimated time to complete, it took about 5 hours to complete. It was well worth it.The material did not feel cheap at all, the top is solid wood and feels really nice. The connectors, screws, fasteners, etc all fit perfectly. There were a few steps that should be done at different stages but overall it was not difficult to understand or confusing to follow the instructions.There was a part missing, nothing major that impacted putting it together. I reached out to the seller and received the replacement part about a week later, so quick turn around and excellent response time to the issue.The things we like best are the cabinets, towel racks, and countertop. The cabinets have enough depth that my largest cast iron skillet for perfectly without feeling ccluttered. In fact the cabinet space is just enough to fit all of my favorite everyday cookware in without feeling cluttered or cramped. The towel racks are in perfect, easy to reach spaces. The counter top is solid and expands so that it is great for meal prep or eating. We do have to be careful to not place extremely hot items on it, but otherwise its really great. It fits perfect in the space we have and looks great with the flooring in the kitchen.The only drawback are the drawers which do jot fully extend out. However it's a minor detail, and not enough to quibble over.We actually plan to.purchase a second one soon to act as the center island/breakfast table. Overall we are very satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend. My wife is very particular about buying furniture online, so this passed the test.

This was a bit difficult to put together but it’s just perfect! It’s exactly what I wanted , and is very sturdy . This is a very nice rolling bar with a wing! I love it

I have a small kitchen and it was completely overwhelmed with a kitchen table and 4 chairs. This was the most creative solution to replacing my table and chairs and providing me with the added storage I so desperately need. The directions were easy to follow and everything went together perfectly. It's attractive and easily used as an island, or moved along the wall like a buffet if I want guests to move freely in the kitchen space. The drop leaf has 3 hinges and is easy to put into position or to lower. Lot of storage! Even filled, it's easy to move around on the heavy duty wheels. I could move it with just a few fingers! Wish I had done this years ago!
