This is well constructed, and you may like it, but it doesn't really work for us.On the positive side: I think it will last. The handle and other plastic parts don't feel cheap. The "scissors" are about the same quality as low end Fiskars scissors. It's an interesting idea. Two scissors with one handle could save some effort. On the negative side: It takes up a lot of space in a drawer. (That's a big deal in a small kitchen like ours.) since the distance between the scissors is fixed, you may like this if you want everything cut into the exact same width. If you don't.... Also, it features a little basket thing underneath the scissors. Depending on what you are cutting up, anywhere from ten percent to half of what you cut ends up on the counter and not the basket. It is well constructed, so that gets it some stars, but on the other hand, it isn't very practical for us. Four stars.

I eat a lot of salads. A lot. So anything that makes salad prep faster and easier is a product that I need.I like that these have a little lock at the back to keep them closed so they fit in the drawer without popping open. The handles are a good size and easy to use, too.It comes with a large salad fork which I expected to be cheap plastic, but it's actually a nice silicone type. The biggest drawback is that you can't sharpen the blades once they dull, but since I'll be using these for salad items, they should stay sharp for a while.

This item works well enough, but when cutting cherry tomatoes it cuts them to big. Spacing should be smaller. Honestly it’s quicker using a knife.

This is a great little tool for cutting lettuce into pieces for a salad. It makes quick work of prepping lettuce for a salad. Snip, snip, snip and you are done. It can also be used to cut other veggies also. I cut a cucumber and some small tomatoes with it. It did fine with both. The juice from the tomato squirted out across the countertop on the first one. By the second, I learned to bring it lower in the bowl to avoid that issue. It also comes with a salad fork, which is good for tossing a salad. It is a handy tool to have in the kitchen drawer. It is well-made and seems to be high quality. The price seems a bit high for the limited use, but if you make a lot of salads, then maybe not.

I got these after I saw my sister with some. They make my salad making so much easier and they're fun to use! Plus these come with an oversized salad fork to assist with mixing your salad. No more cutting my raw spinach and salad fixings with a knife and fork for me! Throw everything thing in the bowl and let these babies chop everything and mix it up simultaneously. Cuts down on the mess of stuff falling out of the bowl while mixing it as well. The salad choppers are easy to grip and don't require a lot of strength to use. They are also made of durable material that is dishwasher safe which makes cleaning them a breeze! VERY nice kitchen tool to add to your "cook easier" arsenal!

The salad knife scissors is pretty lightweight and easy to use. It also comes with a locking feature that will prevent it from accidentally opening. I am using this as a travel king knife during picnics and camping. Easy to wash and made well.

The spring mechanism doesn't push the handles back enough and it is hard to clean. Furthermore the one they sent me was clearly USED. The scissors had scuff marks and the package was open with dents. Returning item for a refund.

This is a tool that I didn't really know I needed until I started using it. It helps make cutting salads easier as it's designed specifically for cutting round items. You don't even need to use a cutting board to achieve a nice cut. There is a good grip on the scissors which, not only feels nice in your hand, but helps to ensure they don't slip while cutting. There is a spring to help return the scissors to the open position after each cut. The cutting is achieved by using two serrated blades that come down onto a small spoon like platform. There is a locking mechanism on the end which keeps the scissors in a closed position ideal for storing and safety from accidentally having them open.I like that they have included a serving fork as well, it's a nice touch. The serving fork is solid and feels like it's made of a rubber type material. It comes in a nice box making it ideal to give as a gift for a house warming or as a "just because" gift.
