Works great, seems well made. Direct replacement fit for a 21-year-old faucet that I could not replace the whole unit. Long story.

This is a second head.Firs one had a weird crack/leak on its side, not where you would expect it from plastic molding. But at least it operated reliably.Second one is not leaking, but has problem keeping "spray" mode on, just switches it off after a few seconds.There is no competition in this low price range on Amazon, so it still deserves 4 stars, but one can sure wish for "thing that just work".

Replaced the kitchen faucet in my RV. Somehow the hand wand froze and broke...hence I needed to replace thehandpiece. This one was priced right...came in 1 day...and fits perfectly!!!

I wanted to return it but missed the deadline. The main problem I had with this product was that within a week, water started to spray everywhere, not vertically but horizontally. . . .
