We got these to store glyphosate that we purchased in a 2.5 gallon container, and they have worked out well. The lids fit nice and tight, and the 1-gallon containers are much lighter and easier to move than the larger container. The jugs are also easy to label, as you can just write on the side with a permanent marker. I would recommend this product.

I've been needing to find a container for storing rain water that I use for my plants. Works about as expected. At $19 USD for two, these seem rather expensive for what they are.Was a bit surprised to see these not only look like motor oil bottles, but perhaps they ARE motor oil bottles, just without the branding sticker. The lid seals are not rubber or silicone, they're just normal plastic-coated cardboard inserts that you'd find in a single use oil bottle from the auto store. Though I upcycle those for chemical waste storage and they do keep a seal for a good number of uses before they wear out. So, I'd expect these to have similar (limited) durability for re-use.White containers like these are often meant to signal food safe, but I personally wouldn't use these for grain or water storage.Unfortunately, these came with quite wasteful shipping--a box in a much bigger box with air pillows. That may been Amazon's fault, but maybe the seller needs to tell them that the box they pack is adequate for such a light weight and anti-fragile item.

These are great! I was looking for something that wouldn't leak and that I could store liquid in my fridge in. These fit perfectly in the side door holders. They don't leak and are easy to fill! I will purchase again! I would definitely recommend!
