I really like these knee pads. They work great for all the kneeling I do out in the pasture and they have a lot of cushioning. I can't feel the ground at all. The only thing that I don't like is that the top strap is a little short and the bottom strap is too long. I think they should have flipped these around because upper thighs are (or should be) larger than calf area on most folks legs. They work for me, but if you have bigger thighs, they might not reach around your legs. They came with two other individual velcro straps so maybe people are supposed to use those when they're too small?? Not sure, as I threw those away. Great product!

These work well. I use them when driving screws into a wood deck I'm building and when working in a rock garden. Very comfortable on the knees with plenty of padding for my 230Lb frame. Lost a star since they rotate around when crawling so you have to readjust them every so often. The top strap rides slightly higher on the thigh than my other pair and this seems to keep them more comfortable by using the extra strap they supply. Overall I'm satisfied and would recommend for the homeowner. Haven't used them long enough to know if they will stand the test of time, so we'll see.

Working is a crawlspace filled with sharp rocks and concrete rubble, these knee pads provided excellent protection. The hard shell plastic held up well to the constant abrasion of having to "walk" on my knees. There is enough padding under the shell for a comfortable cushion. The Velcro straps make for easy on-and-off, and firmly held the pads in position. After a few hours, the straps created some discomfort, but it was a small price to pay to complete a project that would not have been possible without these knee pads.

the gel is amazing, now I’m not gonna lie and say you can’t feel your knees on the ground, but damn, does it make it feel like you’re always kneeling on a very comfy mattress.Pros: 1. Straps works well (over clothes, as they are intended to)2. Padding is sufficient3. hard front plate is nice and durable4. Good on concrete, grass, floor, walls, holes, etc. (pretty much every surface)Cons:1. Can be a little slippery with leg grip, but mostly stays in place as needed, and you can probably fix this problem by tightening straps more or adding anti slide material to the inside)2. None else that I can think of, product is pretty solid for the price.VERY HAPPY PURCHASE WOULD BUY AGAIN.

UPDATE: We are so glad we bought these knee pads. Laying tile on our deck would be grueling if we were crawling around on our knees without these. They protect our knees and there’s no pain.Original post:After crawling around on our deck for 3 hours, nailing down boards on Mother's Day, my knees were killing me. I ordered these and they arrived a day earlier than expected. I put them on and even though my knees were still very bruised and tender, these were very comfortable and I was able to crawl around and not be in pain. They stayed in place. The straps held the knee pads in place very well, and did not rub the backs of my legs. They worked as I'd hoped, and I am so happy I bought them.

Like: The gel pad really helps with tender knees. I had knee replacement surgery8 mos ago. I was concerned about being able to kneel when gardening. I enjoy gardening but it requires being on my knees to get to some of the weeding & getting into some tough spots. Since my knee still is in ‘healing’ mode, I was concerned about being able to tend to my garden as it requires during the growing seasons. It does help support the knee as well as supplying some comfort. I also use a garden kneel pad in addition with the knee pads for added protection.Bought a 2nd pair for my husband because he kept using the ones that I purchased for myself. He loves the gel padding because it spares his knees when he hand mops our floors & when he also has to garden.

They don't slip, stay perfectly in place, you can work all day up and down on your knees and these pads take the strain, keeping your knees pain free, even after a full day's work. Best I've ever bought and good value too, really well made, very impressed!

I am 62 and - ok I admit it - somewhat overweight. I was totally knackering my knees kneeling on the concrete slabs that subdivide my allotment plots.These knee pads are an absolute marvel. I do have ... "chunky" legs - so that extra bit of Velcro was a godsend - but once on, they pretty much stay in place and yes - they drop a bit sometimes, so a bit of re-positioning is needed - but that's gravity for you! I think considering the mechanics of keeping stuff in place on a moving joint, these pads stay very well in place (and they keep your knees warm).They seem to be one of the only waterproof pads - so when I kneel on the wet grass - knees stay dry!It's like kneeling on a soft cushion - and - as they raise the position of said knees (on short legs), getting up is easier too.I once found myself back home with the things still on - they are that comfortable I had forgotten them!I have to say - I am totally made up with them - (Scouse term?) - I am very happy with them.Definitely recommend.

had these for a few years and they held up great, they do start to irritate me a bit after a 4-5 hours having them on but they are still 10x more comfortable than most ðŸ‘
