As a side sleeper I was always bunching up the comforter between my knees to reduce the pressure of one knee on top of the other. Most often I would twist further so the top knee was on the mattress as well. My results were not the best sleep and often a sore lower back. I thought I would try this pillow and I am so glad I did. I have been using it now for about 2 weeks and the pillow does keep my spine better aligned as I can sleep with one knee on top of the other. Net result, no lower back pain when I wake up in the morning. Amazing as I thought it might be time for a new mattress. The strap does keep the pillow attached to your let but does move. The pillow memory foam is very comfortable. It does not come with any instructions so the first night I looked at it and wondered which side goes toward my knees, the thicker or thinner side. I had to go back to the Amazon web pages to look at the pictures to see it is the thinner side to the knees. Additionally, I wondered do you allow the cushion to go between your knees or pushed up into the thighs so your knees do not touch each other. Looking at the page again was no help as it seems they show it both ways. I find both work however, for me, having the pillow touching between both knees left my inner knees feeling a slight pressure/discomfort for a few minutes after waking so the between the thighs and not touching the knees resulted it no morning pressure and a great feeling back. All in all really glad I got this.

I'm a side and back sleeper. It seems like every year, I replace my mattress topper due to back pain setting in. I've decided to try this item to see if it'll help me save money and pain in the long run.During the night, when I find myself waking up to go to the restroom in the middle of the night, it's with a dull pain in my lower back. On the first night of using this, while it was a bit awkward, when I woke up to go to the restroom, I found myself a bit surprised to not feel any aches or pains along my back. I have used it for a little over a week already and most of the sleep pain has not reoccurred. I only get pain if I lose the pillow at some point during the night (I do not use the leg strap), or if I contort my body like a pretzel lol.Someone mentioned the pillow gets hot. I haven't felt that yet, and I do tend to sleep very warm. However, I keep my room at night set at 68, so take that how you will.So far, I'm very pleased with my experience using this pillow.

Everyone has different leg sizes, so it’s important to keep that in mind. This pillow will probably work fine for thinner individuals, but I have fairly large (athletic) legs, so the fit wasn’t perfect.If you’re looking for a body pillow with a consistent feel to wrap around, this might not be ideal. But if you just need knee support, it does the job well.The included strap is a nice touch, but I stopped using it consistently after a couple of nights and now just wedge the pillow between my legs. That said, I still use the strap here and there as needed. I also realized that staying in a side position too long isn’t ideal—you’ll want to shift your legs occasionally for comfort.

This knee pillow arrived in a storage bag and upon unpacking I did not notice any obnoxious smells or other odors.The pillow took a few minutes to resize after unpacking but was easy to use after that. The outside of the pillow has a nice feeling fabric and also sports an attachment strap to allows you to fix it to your leg as you sleep and keep it in place if you roll over or move.The pillow foam has a nice level of support; not too firm and not too soft. Using it as shown in the website description for side sleeping worked out perfectly and was hardly noticeable when affixed in place.I like this pillow and I feel it will make sleeping with proper posture much easier. I ordered this knee pillow for my wife. She is a side sleeper, and I thought this memory foam pillow looked nice. She really likes the pillow itself and says it’s comfortable.. She doesn’t care at all for the leg strap. It would be fine if you stay in the same position all night, but if you roll over a lot the strap can be a pain. It’s also a nuisance if you need to get up during the night for any reason. You have to pull it completely down over your leg to remove it. This could be a problem for seniors, or people with hip precautions. My wife ended up cutting the strap off. It would have been nice if they had made it with Velcro or something to put it on and off without having to pull it over your leg.

This knee pillow is soft yet supportive. It has just enough squish to take pressure off your knees but still offers support and remains comfortable. I had previously tried a different knee pillow which was too hard and cut off my circulation. I am so very pleased with this one. The leg strap is brilliant! The pillow doesn't disappear if you roll around in your sleep. The shape and size are perfect, a little wider in your thigh area and it tapers down toward your knees. For washing, the cover is easily removable because the zipper extends far enough on each side. It arrived shrink wrapped, but it immediately popped into shape. I did not need to wait. There was no odor from the foam. I highly recommend this one.

This knee pillow has a soft, machine-washable cover and a memory foam cushion. It's very comfortable and has helped with my hip soreness.I tried the strap at first, but it was a bit inconvenient. Sliding the pad on and off, especially at night, wasn't ideal.A Velcro strap would make it much easier to use.I will update this review if anything changes within 1 year. A 5-star rating indicates the product meets my expectations for its purpose.

Perfect and comfortable but strangely large if you’re used to smaller ones. Great quality and really comfy. Definitely helped with pain relief so far during this trimester so it’s improved my sleep quality.
