I like this pillow. Fits in the small of my back at night perfectly. Firm but has some give, just right amount though. Will see how it stands the test of time, but right now I like it!

Please pass on this bolster if you are a Massage Therapist, it has grips on the bottom, which makes it difficult to slide out, and it is too short to span the width of the table.

It might be good for a person that’s not my size and height. But while trying to use it on a massage table, I realized it was way too small it would either go under one leg or the other, but not both. Maybe I ordered child size and didn’t notice. It was comfortable, so if you’re petite, go for it.

As a Massage therapist, I am always looking for the next best thing to improve my practice. This has been a great addition to my previous BOLSTER however, I would wish that it were longer. Perhaps I didn’t buy the right size so if you’re looking for a smaller size than a typical both Bolster this is it for you, it has little ripples along the bottom that doesn’t allow for sliding, which is nice. This would be a perfect addition to adding to your car rides to help either behind your back or under your legs for circulation support.
