I figured I'd be using these for light-duty "around the house" fixxer-upper stuff when I bought the pair.Turns out, I had some additional space in my machine maintenance kit for work - and I didn't have either a small pliers or an adjustable wrench included. So in they went. Thus far, I have used them to take apart couplings, twist hard metal wire into shape, loosened or tightened I don't know how many nuts and bolts, fiddle inside of tiny spaces confined deep within the bowels of machinery, and more.It is SO NICE to have competent tools right at hand instead of walking halfway across the shop to find something that might do the trick. I didn't think I'd use these as much as I have. I've found these exceptionally handy in my walk-around kit and if you have to get your hands inside of tight spaces, the size of these offer a nice ability to get things done and not need to take a side panel off just so you can access that bolt with a standard-sized pliers.The belt-case that these 5-inch (125mm) sized set came in is nice, but I really don't need it as they now live in the maintenance kit... and they kind of flopped around in the case to begin with, as if they were too short really for it.What DOES fit nicely in the included case is the 6-inch (150mm) version of the Knipex Cobra / Pliers-Wrench.A friend had a pair of those 150mm sized Knipex, and the tools fit in the case perfectly so I gave it to him.You can get a fair enough amount of leverage with these for most things. Only here or there have I had to grab a slightly bigger pair of pliers for a nut or something that I thought these would handle but couldn't. Usually and within reason, these tools will get a lot done. Happy I included them in my day-to-day kit.If I had any grievances, it'd be Knipex' weird way of changing availability of handle and tool coatings dependent on model size / type of their tools.If they can make a hard chrome plated 5-inch sized pair of Pliers-Wrench, why not a hard chrome plated version of their 5-inch Cobra Pliers included this set? They offer chrome plating on several other sizes of their Cobras. So what gives? Some of their Cobras you CAN get with comfort grip handles, others you CANNOT. Sometimes you can get Chrome Plated Finish - AND - comfort grip handles in a particular tool size, but not always.It's just funny to me.Very handy tools though, I found them beneficial to have on hand.

The perfect size for a EDC tool kit. The build quality is outstanding and the carry case is super nice with the potential to make it into a mini EDC tool kit by itself, having storage on the sides and a bit of room inside.

Kind of wish I have bought the next size up. I have big hands and the small tools, while handy, they are a little hard to use because of the size. Not as quite as handy as I had imagined. The tools themselves are great, nice heft, they look they will last so my boy will inherit. The case is generic, will probably toss it.
