I bought the wire rope last year from a big home improvement store to hang christmas lights. The wire gets corrosion and rusted this year, because it is not made of stainless steel. I bought this set this year. It should not get rust or corrosion but time will tell. It is so far so good.

Well built and easy to install. I ordered this kit to add an extra layer of protection for a large outdoor TV installed in our terrace. The materials look similar to what you would find at the big hardware store.

the clip to hold the wire tight does not work. every time i tug on one side then the other side loosens. its back and forth both ends trying to get it to tighten. its flimsy and this is without plants even climbing on it yet. if i didn't already cut the wire i would return it.

Very lightweight, SS everything, very well packaged and safely boxed up.Order two more after receiving the first. So I guess I can recommend this SS hardware.

I found this impossible to secure together. The thimbles are way too small. I got it all together, clamped it tight and the wire still slid out easily. Do not buy this.
