Excellent product. Extremely nice looking, but at the same time solid and durable. This is a quality chain, and it has some weight to it, unlike the cheap stuff out there.I needed a way to hang my Lodge cast iron skillets (13.25" & 12") and my large (12.5") sauce pan on the front of my pantry door (space saver), and it looks great. (I have photos, but i don't know how to add them to this review).I cook a lot with those heavy pans, and I decided that i will no longer bend down to get those heavy pans from the bottom cupboard anymore. It gets tiring after awhile, and with the limited amount of space that i have in the kitchen, I knew there had to be a better way. As i did a 360° rotation in the kitchen looking for empty space to hang those pans, lo and behold, the pantry door had room on the inside and outside to hang something. I was in business then, just had to figure out the best way to do it, and all of the sudden, it clicked.3 simple items would get the job done, with "NO" tools required). (A chain, some S-hooks, and an over-the-door hook.)So i researched amazon for quality products to fit my needs and came up with the following, and they all worked out great.1. This chain $18.122. KES stainless steel over-the-door hooks (1pr) $9.503. Ruiling 15-pack black antistatic coating steel hanging hooks S-shaped heavy duty. $8.99I ordered all 3 on the same day, and they all arrived 2-days later (amazon prime) at the same time. Here's the wonderful kicker. I opened each item and carried them all in my hand to the pantry door. I placed both over-the-door hooks on the top of the door (no screws required), then hung s-hooks on the over-the-door hooks, then hung the ends of the chain on the s-hooks to form a V-shape, then hung 3 more s-hooks (spaced evenly) on one side of the V-shape that i made with the chain, then hung all 3 of my heavy skillets on those s-hooks.No tools or screws required. Total installation time was 45 seconds, and an additional 15 seconds to hang the pans. WOW, nice. I love it.Quality products and a job well done.

Purchased the special pliers to open and close, but material of chain was easy to work with and still hold our lamps nicely

We needed a way to hang plants in our patio garden. The frame of the canopy we purchased this year didn't have a special loop for hanging plants that our previous canopy had. So my husband came up with the idea of using a black, heavy duty chain to accomplish what we wanted to do. As you can see from the photos, we used a long portion of the chain to hang from heavy duty hooks we attached to our garage overhang and we used smaller portions of the change to attach to the corners of the canopy frame. We looped the chain around the canopy frame and secured it in place with reusable nylon cable zip ties. The chain is really strong and easily holds our rather heavy hanging plants.

If there is such a thing as 'painted on rubber' and if it's possible for the 'rubber paint' to be thinned with water, then that's what is on this chain. There were a lot of places on the chain that looked like the 'rubber paint' hadn't dried when they started handling it. I honestly went ahead, used the chain, and got a really old bottle of original formula WiteOut to do some touch ups because I know that stuff is permanent - lol
