This has worked well. No sign of wear in over a year. Size is reasonable. These things are expensive due to the carbide however.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to agree with Ol' Dave. The design is such that the bit doesn't clear material effectively and results in bad chatter, which results in a poor quality finished surface, as shown in the accompanying photo.
