Very simple solution to a sometimes very complex problem. When I took off the old one on three different toilets they all had little blebs on the old seal explaining why it was leaking. Easily replacing it (3 different toilets) with a new one immediately led to quiet toilets and no more leaking! Love this thing!!

This works so much better than the knock off one I bought that only lasted 3 months and then started ghost flushing. Worth the extra $.

Fit and works as it should but only lasts about 6 months and you have to replace it. Maybe someone else with make it in a better quality.
