Looks like metal on the site. It is made of plastic throughout. Plastic is thin and flimsy. Does not match with the rest of the Kohler finishes in metal. Not worth the price! Also, the hole on the plastic housing did not line up with the rest of the body spray. Called Kohler, but their customer support was closed.

Hard to imagine that Kohler would sell such a piece of plastic for that much money. This product felt so flimsy and cheap the moment you pick it up in your hands. I ended up returning it. The entire piece including the internals is plastic. Hugely disappointed with Kohler.
