1. Use a measuring spoon to pour the appropriate amount of powder into the filter and spread the powder evenly

3. Align the dots and turn counterclockwise to lock

How to Make Milk Froth?
1. Pour in chilled whole milk and switch to Steam mode
2. After the steam is evenly released, insert the steam wand into the milk cup
3. Align the steam lever to the correct position，for frothing, move the cup downward, move the cup upward to refine the foam
4. Switch to Coffee mode to stop steam and wipe the steam lever with a towel asap.

How to Descale the Machine? How Often？
1. Remove the coffee poweder handle
2. Put a water bowl under the coffee spout
3. Press 1 cup and 2 cups at the same time, keep cleaning until done ，then unplug
How often to clean depends on the frequency of use and water quality, if you use mineral hard water (unfiltered) is recommended once a month descaling, pure water once every 3 months

I love this machine. I looked for months before buying this one. I wanted the $900 machines (who doesn't) but my budget wouldn't allow it. I thought I had to settle, however this doesn't seem like settling at all. I've used it everyday for about 9 months now and it still makes excellent coffee. It heats up in less than 60 seconds. It has everything that the more expensive expresso machines have; hot water, steam, 1 or 2 shot capacity, and even makes regular coffee. A good price for all of that. This is coming from someone who has been making their own lattes since 1992.

This is my 5th cheap espresso machine. Each one has lasted about 2 years. This one is simple to set up and easy to use. My only complaint is how loud the steam function is. No matter what is in the cup "water, milk, heavy cream" it starts out very loud and only gets quieter the last 5ish seconds before it automatically shuts off. I might be returning just because how loud it is. I'm going to try it for a few days and see how much my wife hates it at 5:30 am.

The unit is a little slimmer than I envisioned it, but it's perfect! Makes an excellent cup of expresso - heats up fast and produces wonderful crema at the perfect temp. I especially like the ease of cleaning up the tray and the fact that the unit has suction feet that do a great job holding it to the counter...I've gone through 3 expresso machines in about a year and this is the one I've been searching for...great price, packed very well, came with additional expresso baskets ,arrived quickly and looks fantastic in chrome!

Small but mighty. I was tired of getting Americano and paying 5$ for any espresso. Jumped into this machine which had a coupon and it work perfect. It looks classy and makes perfectly strong espresso. Be sure to press the coffee properly before running it. No need to be too tight. Very happy so far and nothing but an espresso early morning to get the day going

The worst design I’ve ever experienced. Poor dial placement, bitter espresso, leaky milk frother. Messy, dirty, and a colossal waste of money. Returned within a few weeks.

I like it and I love the way it makes coffee but the water tank was leaking. I saw in the comments that others had the same problem but instead of returning it I just added a small extra O-ring around the base of the water tank and that fixed it! The manufacturer should do this.

The tamper is cheap and it has no cover, I'm prepared that this machine might not last very long but for the money it was a great bargain and I'm okay with it. This is an excellent beginner machine. I fear I may not have it for many years, but who knows, this remains to be seen! It runs well for now, and this is the reason I give it 5 stars. It can even be used to make tea! I love the versatility and utility of this machine.
