Product arrived damaged! the coil at the bottom of the bowl inside the machine was not properly attached and fell during shipping or before.The first time we activated the machine the coil was sitting on top of the belt, burning it and also not letting it spin properly. Once we opened the machine we saw what the issue was and we fixed it right away and now it should be working properly but parts were damaged and im sure the belt will not last as long as it should thanks to this happening.Overall the product my best recommendation is to open it up at arrival and check all screws and parts inside for damage or if they are attached properly. The machine has a relatively simple design, so it shouldn't be difficult to make the machine last and also to find parts from it once they are broken. The fault lies with the manufacturer that couldn't even attach things properly to their machines.

So this is the first pasteurizer machine I have bought, and so far it’s working perfectly. It’s just what I need for my business. The only complaint I would have is that some liquid doesn’t completely drain but it’s just a small problem. Overall I love the machine
