It's okay and very large. Shortly after pouring a cold beer into it, the outside of it feels somewhat cold and is definitely colder than it was before the beer into it, so it does not insulate super well. It does not feel as cold as a glass containing cold beer feels, so it is insulating somewhat. I noticed this the first time I used it. I have only rinsed it and have never put it in a dishwasher because dishwashers ruin vacuum seals, and the instructions warn against putting this in a dishwasher.

This might be a beer, Stein, but coffee lovers, water drinkers, this is the perfect mug. Only problem is it has no lid, but that doesn’t seem to bother us.
