Use with a twenty dollar mister cutting O-1 and 1095 with carbide end mills, and this stuff is great. No smell and no rust after use. Keeps part and tooling cool, and makes 30 gallons. Setting up flood system on bandsaw but worked well with spray bottle. Would recommend and will buy again.

Seems to work well at keeping cutters and work pieces cool. One thing to note is to keep your machines dry or coated in fresh oil after you’re done. This stuff, combined with the obvious water, will rust steel overnight!

I use this coolant as flood coolant on my lathe. I have ZERO RUST ISSUES ! The sump life is 2 years plus. No smells and excellent tramp oil rejection...I have a bucket of expensive Boe Lube coolant, but I will never use anything else in my lathe. COOL BLUE IS THE WAY TO GO.Anyone that has rust issues doesn't know how to use the product. Don't blame the product for operator error...
