I was lookong for an inexpensive alternative to turning my monopod into a pseudo tripod and these feet are an inexpensive alternative.

I thought this would just be a handy low profile tripod but will prob replace my monopod tripod that is similar because this has a much wider than expected footprint making it that much more stable.It feels strong and of quality metal and the feet fold in button is easier to operate than the one that came with my monopod.Easily 5 stars!

This tripod is similar to some monopods' bottom section. The tripod legs fold up, which helps in saving space depending on what you have mounted above.Since the legs fold 'up', this is not suitable for mounting directly on the camera as the legs will fold into the camera. If you have an extension arm, monopod, or a long ball head, this tripod works perfectly in combination.
