ORIGINALKLY: I had rated this sink a 3-STAR because it was a week late in delivery and two welds were broken underneath (see 'ORIGINAL' comments below).HOWEVER, after calling the KOOLMORE Customer service department (rep: Menachem) they not only apologized, but they paid for me to take the sink to a local welder and have the welds fixed . . . granted, it was a little hassle, but I needed the sink immediately and I couldn't wait for another sink to arrive.I am very impressed with their customer service and other than the missing set screws and broken welds, the sink is well-built. They are also sending me a new set of set-screws . . . there are human errors that happen and I just want to say again, KoolMore understood my dilemma and made it happen immediately . . . excellent company!ORIGINAL COMMENT -After waiting THREE WEEKS for the sink to be delivered (one week later than what was originally scheduled with me).The KOOLMORE sinks seems like a decently made sink at first blush, but the box was missing the 'set screws' that tighten the legs to the sink base and one of feet that hold the legs had two broken spot welds.I will returning this sink if the maker does not want to pay for the welds to be fixed.Very disappointed.

Swapped out this sink in the hubby's brew room for the existing counter and double sink. So much better. Easier to keep clean. No dark, icky cabinets underneath. It looks very professional. Delivery was excellent, and the box was very well packed. I was impressed. I had been worried after reading the reviews, but mine was in perfect condition. So glad I bought it.

Wish the legs had a large diameter foot pad rather than a small point, and the leg were stainless steel.So far, the only cosmetic problem, --is the visible seam in front of the two sinks and when the plastic film was installed. There are several cut marks on the stainless as the plastic film was installed. Poor workman ship. Plus, there is a weld splatter on the finish surface.Well packed.

The sink made it here with no apparent shipping damage but was missing hardware to attach the legs. I contacted Koolmore support. They answered the phone number and the gentleman was polite... however it's almost a week later and no hardware after I sent pics they requested of the unit. I emailed again asking when they'd get hardware to me or what screw/bolt size or what else was needed and the only reply was 'sorry the parts are backed up'. No explanation other than that, no info on parts, and no timeline.So now I have a sink that I cannot attach the legs to and no further information or assistance.I was not able to figure it out, so had to take the sink to a machinist (luckily I have a truck and can lift a 52inch wide double basin sink by myself) who was able to 'probably' identify what type missing bolts go into the threaded holes on the sink bottom. After driving to 3 places looking for them I gave up. So meanwhile I cannot install this sink and I will try to find some fasteners online at an ADDITIONAL COST TO ME. Also the legs fit loosely into the holes on the sink base so not sure if there is some other hardware component besides screws/bolts missing...the Koolmore guy did not seem to know either which is why I guess he asked for pics.SO, it's a Chinese sink, missing parts when it arrived, and you're on your own. I'd recommend just sticking with Advance Tabco or some reliable brand and buying through your normal local distribution channel.I won't go with Koolmore again. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

The welds are weak and the bead is uneven/clumpy. The size of the bowls make it difficult to find a commercial faucet/sprayer with the short faucet. The standar 12†faucet has to be turned almost 45 degree angle so water isn’t flowing outside the bowl.Sink needs to be mount to wall for stability.Would not buy again even at the discounted price I gave.

Great sink for a great value. I found this sink at the last minute and I'm happy I did! It has been a great sink for cleaning and preparing things I need for home brewing. With two basins it helps for cleaning with alkaline in one and acid wash in the other basin. The side shelfs are a little small, but work great at allowing excess water to drain off as needed.
