I have purchased this for one of my development units. My clients were super satisfied, as well as my self personally using this. It is almost restaurant grade similarity, and a great product and seems very reliable. The customer service team is also very responsive. I will definitely be buying all of these for all of my units going forward as well.

I purchased this brand new for over 2k 2 years ago during a home remodeling. The number of burners was attractive. I moved into the home 1.5 years ago and the oven abruptly stopped working. No heat, no gas, nothing. I'm having an appliance repair person come out today, but I am not optimistic they will figure out what is wrong. Additionally, I only ever received 1 oven rack. You would think a quality product would last longer than 1.5 years with regular use. Additionally, the clock is set to 24 hour clock with no option for a standard clock, the electronic functions are difficult to use, and the oven chronically beeped everytime you turn it on, forcing you to turn it off then back on to stop the beep (when it did work). I wish I could get my money back. I am so upset and disgusted with this purchase.

This Gas Range Stove is a beast! Since I got it, my cooking game has changed. The 5-burner cooktop provides ample cooking space, and the rapid convection oven ensures even cooking. Plus, it looks stunning! I did a lot of research before buying, and this is definitely the best you'll get for your money. Highly recommended!

My oven was purchased 1 year ago and now it's not working. I called a few repair companies and they were not able to repair the oven. It turns on but doesn't stay on. Sometimes it doesn't turn on at all. This stove fails when you need it the most. I spend $2000 on this piece of garbage that only lasted 1 yearDon't buy this over. Very poor and nonfunctionalThank you

This oven is the best oven to replace my 1950s Magic Chef 30" oven. It has five top heads, and one of them is very strong and great for frying fish and French friend. I like they have anti-tip bracket that prevents an already heavy and stable appliance from tipping.We had few issues switching the oven on in the past year, but today it decided not to turn on. It's a major headache and a major disappointment.Customer service was good, but I had to be patient, and finally and thankfully my oven was replaced with a new and my warranty was honored. My wait has paid off and thank you, because the new oven is fine.

I am loving my new KoolMore gas range! It cooks everything so evenly and the fan-assisted convection oven is amazing. The controls are easy to use and it looks so sleek. Plus it has all the functions I need like broil, bake, convection. The delivery was smooth and on time. Definitely recommend!

I bought this stove foe my new home last year and i was excited. The barring was out when we got it and it didnt work. I called my warrenty had it fix this month. I finally got to use it once and now it want even cut on. The stove works but not the oven. It took 6 months to get the part last time, how long will it take now. Save yourself and dont get this oven. I am still paying for something that still doesnt work.
