We bought this refrigerator for our home as the family as a whole consumes a lot of beverages (sports drinks, protein shakes, soda, water, etc.) and never had enough space in our other refrigerators for the same! This is a really nice looking fridge, solidly built, and has plenty of storage space for all of our beverages (and then, some more)! We love the glass door and the big display screen at the top. It has been working well so far and helps keep all of our drinks nice and cold. We called customer service a few times to make sure that we had set up the fridge correctly and they were always very friendly and professional while answering our questions. A satisfied customer so far!

We’ve owned a couple of these big tech in refrigerators now. When we sold our home In Dallas the buyer insisted we leave this in the home because it’s very cool, much more affordable than residential lines. You need to know there is a hum that will turn on to regulate the temp to your preference then turns off and it’s silent. We have a big big family so this is basically our white noise and does not bother us. It’s a commercial size fridge but we absolutely love the glass fronts. You can see we have not stocked it yet. I ordered an additional shelf and I like to add the acrylic trays for fruits and veggies and also wire baskets for eggs. This particular brand does not condensate and so there is no concern for drips leaks or flooding. We’re really happy with the customer service team and how knowledgeable they are and answered every question we had! We plan to apply an appliance vinyl skin over the entire metals areas to o match our appliances. We also removed the huge plastic logo and the labels above the on off switches Those make it look less home and more restaurant to me 😬😬😬

I used it for our grocery shop. We love the fishing outside and inside. The only thing i can say is I wished it has 2 more shelves.

This has been a great refrigerator for us for exactly one year and one week.....then it stopped cooling below 50 degrees. We have literally spent the past two months trying to find a way to get it repaired (because it was "just out of warranty") - and because it is a "commercial unit" -- good luck trying to find anyone to come repair it! We finally found someone to come look at it once, and determine that the compressor had gone bad. Koolmore was willing to ship us a new compressor -- but we can't find ANYONE who will come install it at our home! I have spent hours calling every appliance, hvac, etc., company -- anyone that a company refers me to, to no avail. BEWARE....although they will ship this to your home (and be aware that it comes on a pallet, which is another adventure).....we have unfortunately discovered that IT IS A BIG MISTAKE TO PUT THIS IN A HOME, as no one, including Koolmore now, will help you! So Sad, because it has been great to have a second fridge in my pantry that WAS SO USEFUL and big!

KoolMore 81" 3 Glass Door Commercial Reach-in Refrigerator Cooler with LED Lighting - 72 cu. FtThis is a 5 star refrigerator cooler in my opinion. You can not beat the price and Amazon makes the delivery very easy. We currently have 2 and will be purchasing 2 more for our sales center and California office. It is the centerpiece in the employee break room. We fill them with soda cans, glass bottles, plastic water bottles and x-large catering trays-containers for the staff and guests. I recommend the larger 3 door unit for storage capacity. The 2 door units require more attention to keeping it full. The 3 door unit is able to be filled much less often and it gives extra shelving for employee leftovers like pizza boxes. Working with KoolMore is a pleasure, we had damage to the stainless steel header on one of the units, the company was fast to react and solve the problem with a replacement. We have tried many other manufactures of 2 and 3 door refrigerator coolers but the KoolMore product line is the best price, look and ease of delivery.

The fridges stopped working a day after we got them. It took about a month to get a service repair man out. It was a week to even get them to put us on the schedule. They kept telling us we were and the repair company kept saying they never sent anything over. They don’t care that the only company they will use can’t keep up with all the calls. They also won’t let you get someone else to come and if you do it voids the warranty. Our store lost over 5k of product and they wouldn’t do anything about it. It turns out it was the door switches that just needed adjusted. It seems like they would know to check that over the phone. We haven’t had any problems since though.

This refrigerator looks and works great. When we first turned it on it only look about 20 minutes to go from 75F to the 38F temp we set it at. This unit is quieter than other nearby refrigerators and the quality of the materials and construction are top notch. The only complaint I have is that the swivel castors in the front with the brakes on them don't lock the swivel action when the brakes are applied. So when the brakes are applied the refrigerator can be moved a few inches around the vertical axis of the castors.

The refrigerator is great, no problems, very commercial. I am fed up with spending thousands a on regular refrigerators, theyAre made horrible and have no durability. So I am trying this route, I don't have to worry about running out of room again.My only complaint was with the trucking company for delivery, they messed that up inner office. The quality is very sturdy! And now I can just look in the door to see what is in there.
