Perfect for a holiday photo opportunity. Also good for older dogs who need some extra traction around the house. We've additionally used socks during allergy season to minimize munching on itchy paws. This particular pair was adorable and matched his collar beautifully. While the Velcro closure wasn't on for this picture, I like that it's included to help the socks stay on. I also like that they are tall and seem appropriately sized in height to match the size of the dog they are meant to fit. The bonus pair is wonderful as well, because let's face it, dogs weren't truly designed to wear socks. There are bound to be a few SNAFU situations that require a spare.

I measured my dog’s paws and Small is the size he should have. These didn’t stay on his front paws at all. They do stay on his back feet which helps him from slipping and gives him a better grip on the floors or ground (he has degenerative disc disease and has weakness in his back legs). They seam comfortable for him and he hasn’t tried to pull them off. When on the front paws, they tend to twist so the non-slip areas turn to the side of his paws and they start falling off. Regardless what brand you buy, you’ll never get a perfect fit. These were good value for knit doggie socks. They come in a pack of six (6) with snap in straps, so if you do use 4 all at once, you can wash 2 and put on the 2 extras provided. I feel that leather doggie socks would be bulkier, harder to walk in and uncomfortable. These are definitely worth a try.

Good fit for a 62# dog, Velcro wraps keep them on the feet. Note these are knit material and NOT waterproof.

These are cute, and may work as described and I was still a little disappointed. The description says if between 2 sizes, choose the smaller. I wish I would have sized up. These were for my eldery dog who needs the extra grip. I looked at the ratings and reviews trying to find a good compromise between price and quality. What I discovered is the material, though soft, only has slight give and I feel as I am stretching them, I am losing the integrity of the elasticity. I could probably make these socks fit, but due to stretching and what I described above, I do not anticipate them lasting. Additionally, the button for the removable strap has no covering. Though smooth, I feel this could become a major point of irritation for any animal. Please see my picture, as ou can see the plastic button is on both the inside and outside of the sock. The velcro strap as well is simply that, velcro, so please also beware of rubbing if using these. There are no extra percautions taken into account for fritction or rubbing that I am aware of. Overall for fashion, I could see these being cute, but for what I was looking for and after reading the description, I can only give this product a 3.

These socks are easy to put on and my Beagle's paws don't freeze in the extreme cold and snow. I bought a pair prior that had rubber soles that were hard, and my dog couldn't walk.I wish they would have an 8 pack instead of a 6 pack. Dogs have 4 feet.

Like most things these days the sizing is wrong. I bought the size according to the sizing chart and they were to small. I think if they would have fit they would have worked nice.

I got these to use when I put my dog in bathtub to bathe him. I just had my tub refinished and didnt want his claws to scratch the new finish. They worked great. They also help my aging dog not slip on wood floors. They stay on and wash well.

my dog has no problem with the collar and or the socks they are nonslip and definitely keep her feet warmer than having nothing on at all in the snow!
