okay, was looking for the round style of spoon when i came across the hunnycook spoons after being stationed in korea for some time back in the 60s i knew this type of spoon and because it was listed as a HEAVY spoon it was what i was looking for.. sadly they arrived and were nothing more then STAMPED METAL polished, the edge of the spoon is sharp to the mouth feeling and the handle is lightweight and clumsy to hold. BEWARE what you pay is what you get

All of my spoons have a way of disappearing, so I can never have too many. I ordered this set because it's a large quantity of 24 spoons. These are large round soup spoons and although the listing is very accurate, I was a little surprised when they arrived at how large they actually are. They are shiny, nice-looking & seem durable. They have a basic but pretty design. They should fit right in with your other daily silverware.The spoons are comfortable to hold. They have a bit of weight to them, they are not flimsy at all, but not heavy either. They feel just right. They are prefect for eating my morning bowl of oatmeal or soup for lunch/ dinner. Or many other similar things.The only thing I would improve upon is to make the handle slightly more rounded as it is very flat. It would be even more comfortable to hold but after using it a few times, you don't notice it at all. Not taking off any points for that.- A good basic set of spoons, a large quantity- 24 - for $16.99 at the time of this review is a good value!- Comes in a nice box with each spoon individually wrapped.- Recommend.
