The burgundy 3 piece duvet set exceeded my expectation. This is my second purchase from Kotton Culture and I couldn't be more delighted. Though it is just the 600 TC its super soft out of the package, crazy soft for having not been washed yet. I am a little new to good quality sheets and bedding but now that I have tried Kotton Culture's products I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO WALMART OR BED BATH AND BEYOND FOR BEDDING AGAIN! This is my bedding company now. The burgundy color is deep and dark, and barely bled at all when I washed it before becoming clear. I have this on my king-sized canopy bed along side the super dark grey eygyptian cotton 1000 TC sheets and it is quite a combo. I noticed some people complain about a "chemical smell" but to me it just seemed like a regular factory smell, I think most people wash their stuff before they use it anyhow, and I hand washed both orders before using and they smell perfectly good (just like detergent, so I am unsure of why someone would be bothered having to wash their covers before using?) I actually had a misunderstanding with my orders, because customs separated them and they arrived a day or two apart because they repackaged after x-ray and physical inspection, and even though I came at the seller a little angry, they were extremely kind and courteous, they could not have been more professional (I wish more third-party sellers took customer service this seriously!) All-in-all I HIGHLY suggest you purchase these Kotton Culture products and ignore any comments about "Thin sheets" those people are crazy, the sheet set I ordered before this duvet were insanely thick! (...and yet the feel of the sheet under my duvet was actually sleeping cooler than when I just used a cheap blanket with no sheet, I do not have to hang my feet out from under the covers like I used to, defies logic... must be in the weave.) And this duvet set I am currently reviewing is super thick on its own. If you are like me and you spent hours looking for a duvet that was actually thick and fluffy, this is the duvet set to cover it! It is pretty thick and padded on its own for just a duvet! Also, side-note... since this does travel through customs and some foreign countries, if something does happen and you have to approach the seller, there is no need to already be on guard and be angry ahead of time like I was (before they disarmed me with kindness, I hate to admit I came at them sideways but I have a bias against third-party sellers and was expecting the worst!) No, a simple polite request is all you need and the seller will get back to you quickly intent on solving your issue. So to sum it up, these are amazing Duvet sets or at least the two orders I made are magnificent! I do not think you will be disappointed if you purchase. I wasn't.

Super soft and smooth. You can really feel the quality of the 600 thread count. ALSO, it has a fantastic metal zipper. Not one of those cheap nylon zippers that pull apart and get caught in the fabric.

I received my duvet, washed it, and the zippers broke immediately. I was pretty upset so I requested a return and the seller expedited me a replacement with no questions or hesitation—they were truly great. I got it in green and the color is beautiful, it is thick yet lightweight and very soft. I have had no problems with the new zippers. I would order from this seller again.

Satin Cotten and it’s such good quality for the price and it’s OVERSIZED!!!! Finally found a duvet and cover that is oversized for my king bed. Washed so well with minimal wrinkles. Ties at the corner help keep the duvet in place and once I took it out of the dryer and put the duvet in the minimal wrinkles came out quickly. Didn’t have to iron it like planned. CRISP CLEAN WHITE!!!! Last one I bought was a cream white. I wanted bright white and I got it.

This company appears to have no manufacturing standards or quality control. They must be outsourcing to a variety of suppliers. You don't know what you will get. The first duvet cover I ordered was excellent. The cloth was sturdy. It had a well-made button closure and long, hemmed ties in each corner to secure the duvet. I ordered two more that came with a zipper closure, which is convenient and fast. However, the internal ties were short and not hemmed, so they unravel and are too stubby to tie easily -- fairly useless. The fourth one I ordered had a zipper closure at the bottom and a seam at the top, all very good. The ties were of the lousy short, unfinished type. The worst was it had been made from a wide bolt of flimsy cloth that was folded over lengthwise, so it was seamed on only one of the long sides. Do you have any idea how hard it is to put even a twin size duvet into a cover that has only one side seam as a guide? It is maddening! I have struggled every time to get the duvet in there correctly. If you buy from Kotton Culture, inspect the product carefully as it may be very shoddy.

I ordered 4 of these. 3 were perfect. Had a sheen and were super soft. When you scrunch it in your hand you feel and hear nothing. The 4th not. It actually noisy when i crush in hand. It's crisp. I washed it but did not help. I sent it back thinking I was just unlucky. Ordered another one. Same thing. I could tell right away. It is all cotton but it is a different cotton. It is much heavier in weight. Same zippers and tags but it weighs so much more. Do I keep trying or give up on the 4th?! I don't know. Maybe the vendor changed, who knows but so frustrating. I want the 4th one to be perfect like the first 3.

I got the cover and duvet and they are awesome! The cover is very soft and great quality. It’s true to size as well! The zipper is the length of the cover so it’s easy to get the duvet inside. Great buy!

This duvet cover is beautiful and high quality. We have purple sheets we love so I was hoping it would match. We couldn’t have made a better choice. While the cotton is crisp, it is not stiff or uncomfortable. We’ve only had it a couple weeks but I’m sure with time and washings it will get softer. We’re extremely happy with it! It does wrinkle a bit just like a cotton short would that’s been tucked in but it comes out of the dryer wrinkle free. I’m thinking about buying a second one for when this one wears out!
