I was hesitant because of the price, but I love all their tools and know that I’m buying a good quality product. Have used it for quite a few jobs now and have had no issue or issues with getting full/chipped. Worth the investment.

Had a conference tablet I was reconditioning. This bit failed almost immediately. The bearing broke and alowed me to carve to deep into the table. Wrecked my project! Not sure how to proceed or just scrap the project. Very disappointed.

This bit made really quick work of some corner profile shaping work that I needed to do. I used a profile jig (not the Kreg one) that I clamped to the workpiece, lined up the bearing, and went to town. I like how deep the bit is so it caught the entire workpiece. I was working on 5/8" material, but it could handle much thicker stuff.I have some other bits that have bearings for edge work, but this is the only one I've used that has bearings at both ends. I was using it freehand but it would easily be usable in a router table as well with the end bearing, making this a much more versatile bit than my others. One thing that I liked but had not considered is that because the bit is on the narrow side, it actually made the work move along much more quickly. Some of my larger bits have to chew away a lot of material but this one moved through it pretty fast, making the work go really fast.This bit is also exactly the kind of quality that I have come to expect from Kreg Tools products. The bit is super sharp and kept its edge. It's perfectly straight so there's no wobbling or smoking and it just does it's job. I would highly recommend this router bit if you're doing corner work or something similar.

Good product for the money. Required sharpening after a short time. End grain is tough on any router bit.

Checked bit before use. About one minute into use got vibrations and stopped. Baring was starting to deteriorate. Replaced baring and started again. About two minutes into cut and vibration started again. Baring was totally destroyed and parts missing, cutter looked dull. Appears that the but is poorly balanced. I won’t buy this brand again. Back to Freud bits only, they are expensive but worth it.

Quelle déception de Kreg cette compagnie en qui j'ai habituellement confiance. J'ai commandé avec une tige de 1/4po tel que décrit et j'ai reçu avec une tige de 1/2po. J'ai retourné l'article en pensant à une erreur et, encore une fois le même problème et en plus il y avait cette fois une étiquette avec un code-bar pour le modèle que je veux mais le contenu était encore 1/2po. J'ai donc retourné une seconde fois.
