This bag is versatile with lots of pockets and space. It fits down the center aisle on a plane and it fits under the seat in front of you! A 16-20 oz water bottle fits in the side zip pockets, but must be the taller skinny kind. Extra wide water bottles won’t fit. Comes with safety lock for electronics compartment. Slides on handle of your suitcase for easy commute through airport. Very durable and wheels are smooth. Love this bag!

When I first received this product I was impressed by quality. It has been over a year since I purchased this item a I have to say it is worth more than I paid. The different pockets allow me to store files for the different schools I visit. This item looks very professional. I can easily maneuver in limited spaces and it’s easy to handle. No matter how much it has in it it still has room for more. The handles allows for easy grip and evens out the weight. I highly recommend this product for its durability and functionality.

This bag is strong and it's greedy! No matter what i stuff in here it gobbles it up. and there's a compartment for everything. I purchased this in 2023. It has a few scrapes at the bottom, and it's bleached out from the sun because I live in the Bahamas, it works just as good as new. I've packed it to the point that it weighs around 33lbs and I carry it everyday to work. being able to pull it with the handle makes it easy to carry but it's not bad carrying it like a suitcase either. I love this Briefcase. If for any reason this gets damaged beyond repair, I'm buying a bag from this company again.

I'm a frequent business traveler; I purchased this bag in Feb. 2024 after having knee issues and not wanting to use a heavy backpack to carry my Laptop and all other travel items anymore. I really like all the features of this bag, including the many pockets for organizing things, the 2 water bottle pockets, which are very convenient, and the back strap to put it on top of my carry-on bag for easier transport. However, in May 2024 I was coming back from a trip and the telescopic handle broke on one side (see picture), I contacted KROSER via email and within a few days a new bag arrived at my doorstep. I hope this one lasts much longer, because I've checked many other bags and this is the most convenient one I found. Fingers Crossed.

I bought this bag in August 2024 and was very pleased with it initially. However, during a trip in early December 2024, the telescopic handle broke on one side (see attached picture). While everything else seems to be working fine, I’m extremely disappointed that it didn’t last longer. This made the trip particularly challenging, as the main reason I purchased this bag was for its roller and telescopic handle to make traveling easier, especially with my lower back problems. Instead, I ended up having to carry the bag, which defeated its purpose.

I play the flute, and I personally use this for my music bag. It is large enough to transport my detachable stand, instrument, music, and other accessories. But I would recommend this to anyone - if you have a professional sales or corporate job, teacher, etc. This bag is padded and durable, wheels easily with retractable handle, nice faux-leather briefcase handles with clasp. It just looks and feels nicely made and has decent quality. It's very spacious, multiple sections/pockets for laptop, files, etc. and features for smaller items like pens.
