The wheel covers on our car were in not so good condition from rubbing up against curbs, I assume. I sanded the worse areas, used the wheel cover primer and followed the instructions. I was very impressed with the final results. They look just as good as brand new, which I figured I was going to end up buying.

Top-level pros will occasionally poo-poo spray paint use (although even the best of the best use it when necessary), but I've used this primer as a "guide coat" over lighter primer colors. You then sand it off, which allows you to locate low and high spots in body repair. This primer dries quickly and sands easily. Yup, I'm an amateur body-worker but I've been doing it for many years, and this primer is a recent addition to my tool box. I'll be using it again soon!

I bought this to coat my metal trailer. After using rust converter on it I used this product. It went on well with a nice coating. After hauling my golf cart back home from the camp site I noticed the tires had instantly rubbed some off, I'm not sure if that was the product or the converted rust causing that. I have no complaints about the areas of my trailer that aren't exposed to 'heavier' wear. Overall, it spruced up an old trailer.

This is great stuff , used it for the top of my grand Cherokee looks great ,liked it was professionally done .just bought one can ,big mistake ..i ran down to the auto store and paid $16.00 for the same stuff ...so make sure you order enough...A+++++’ ward of advise ,’it better to spray in a circular motion ( also covers more better)other then back and forth strokes ! That way when it dries you dont see the material lines of strokesThanks

I am very happy with this product. It adheres very well to properly prepped surfaces. It doesn't go quite as far as I would have liked so prepare to buy quite a few. The only real issue was inconsistency in the color. Being its not a show truck and generally remains unseen it didnt upset me. If you need all the same color make sure that they have the same batch number and but enough. I am doing a Chevy Silverado. I did remove the bed to help with other upgrades so I'm sure i was able to apply more than most people but so far I have used around 15 cans and need 2 or 3 more.

I've tried other primers, and while i'm not using this for automotive, I'm using it to paint 3D prints that have lots of striations and lines from the printing process. It fills in voids and cracks easily(granted tiny) and is easy to sand. I have used primers from other brands and this is by far my favorite as it doesn't gum up my sandpaper the way the other brand that I used on my drill press resto project did. Highly recommended!

I needed to paint some metal side steps on my Jeep, and this was the right color. I applied numerous light coats to cover the factory finish paint, and then applied a couple of coats of anti-slip clearcoat. The paint applied smoothly and evenly. The finish looks very professional. I have plenty of spare paint for other projects.
