My husband builds over-sized model airplanes to fly. He purchased this primer and thought it would do good on his planes. NOT! The primer made it almost impossible for him to get his color on the plane smoothly. He will not purchase this product again.

Took forever to arrive, but couldn't find this primer local.It worked great, applied a few coats to the plastic foam craft pieces, dried, and then applied regular spray paints. No issues, no melting (which may occur if you don't use this primer).Project worked out great.

This product may be fine for other things, but it does NOT protect styrofoam from spray paint as I had expected. Also doesn’t really cover dark areas, if you are looking for a “primerâ€.

When I sprayed this on my project it immediately started to eat away at the foam. Do not think of this a a primer to protect your foam.
