Very good ..easy to use.. weight is correct.. the lock functionality is great!! It worth the value .( I would add a plastic cord , just to remember a grown men like me ,that the lock is set …kkkkkkkkkkk!!! ) thanks very much!!

I feel much better using this lock than my alternative securement method. Hefty, solid & secure. Easy to use. Small enough to carry and not be cumbersome. Has an audible alarm (bonus) although I was unable to trigger it 🤷ðŸ»â€â™‚ï¸. I’m more interested in the locking mechanism and it satisfies my needs.

So far, so good. I have only had this for about a week but so far I really like it. It's sensitive enough that it went off when I tried to test it and roll my bike away. It was so loud inside my garage that I didn't want to be near it and almost left to get hearing protection to shut it off because I really value my hearing. When I tested it after that I used it for sure though. It's loud! I mean, a thief won't drop to the ground covering their ears while screaming and begging for mercy, but it's not fun to be around when it goes off.I do have a few minor complaints that cost it a star. When the alarm goes off it stops pretty quickly, like within 30 seconds-quickly. I'm not gonna go test it again, but it's not a long alarm. It does reset and will go off again, but I think it will just stop after 15 seconds or whatever it is. I also had a really hard time putting the battery in. I had to make a little plastic slide to hold the spring back while I pushed really hard to get the battery in. I'm not sure how I'll get it out and I might actually contact Kryptonite about it.I am using this on my E Ride Pro SS and it fits on both front and rear rotors.

Heavy duty. Loud ear piercing sound. Will have to wait and see if it goes off. Neighbors know it's being parked for the winter. Depending on how you apply it determines if wheel can still spin even partially. Turns on automatically once pin is extended through brake disc.

Like the ease of use, loudness of the alarm but installing the battery is a total pain. Use caution and patience and eventually you'll get the battery seated.

This lock does have an alarm, but unlike others a stiff breeze will not set it off. It will go off if you try to move the bike or start messing with the lock itself, and that is all i was looking for. Would have liked a slightly larger pin that goes through the disc, but what is there is satisfactory. The one big change i would like to see is to make it available in a bright color instead of black and chrome. I want potential thieves to spot it before even coming over to my moto, especially since i lock it on the rear disc. The colored reminder cable form the lock to the handlebar help with that, but all the same, a bright color on the lock itself is better. It has been on the bike in rain and snow and i have never had a problem with water getting in the battery compartment or with corrosion. I also like the one beep for locked and two for unlocked. Very simple. It also fits perfectly under the seat of my Versys 1000. Overall i am very satisfied with the product and would purchase again.

So i purchased this lock a few months ago for my motorcycle Aug 21 and I am writing this review Nov 21.I took my bike out to the gym and put the lock on my rear brake disc. I went to work out came back and the lock for some reason would not open with the key tried a number of times and it still would not come off. I keep trying different things and gave up and called a Locksmith to get it off. I waited over 3 hours before the locksmith actually came out and gave me a hand. The lock is destroyed and I put contacted Kryponite about a month ago and they have not reached back out. Stay away from this lock it is garbage. I wouldnt recommend this lock look for something inUpdate: The people have reached out to me about the lock first communication was like 3 months after the incident. They asked me to send a picture of the lock and key. Luckily I didn’t throw the lock away because most people would have by the time they got back to me. They said they would replace the lock and reimburse me for the locksmith. Sounds good but then they went dark for another 2 months and I didn’t hear from them till today 1/25/23. They still say they want to send me a lock but I don’t want s lock because this lock left me stranded for 4 hours waiting on a locksmith. I would recommend this product and I definitely wouldn’t recommend the customer service. Please take my advice be wary of this product.

It's a pretty loud alarm and it gives me some security when I'm leaving the bike out. It doesn't come with a cable so I recommend getting one so you don't forget and ride off with the lock on!

Apesar de que se ve que es un buen el producto, llego con el empaque roto maltratado, se nota que el producto ya habÃan sido abierto. Lo que se presta a pensar que quizas las llaves fueron clonadas!

Es excelente el producto y muy confiable, solo que le doy una estrella por que pague con tarjeta de crédito y me cobraron 2 veces tanto por el mismo producto como por la garantÃa que me ofrecieron. No entiendi el porque y no me devolvieron lo de segundo pago.
