It is perfect brass for crafts. Was able to cut with scissors, drew prayer hands 2†tall and cut out with scissors, placing them in the center of a hand made Cross Clock

This sheeting makes a very durable no 11 percussion cap for revolvers, if you have the cap forming dies. Much more stiff than the ones made from aluminum beverage cans.

These are a good value for the money but they unfortunately arrived with 4 of the 6 with bent over corners. Where this occurred at the Amazon warehouse or from the supplier I’m not sure. They also contained shallow creases near the edges of the sheets, so I’ll lose 2 parts from each due to these defects...somewhat disappointing.

nice shim stock. Needs better protection in shipping - corners all dented / curled over due to inadequate packaging. a bubble envelope does NOT protect the delicate shim stock - the damaged corners are now trashed.

Easy to cut with sharp scissors but sturdy enough to make folded pens. Very happy with the thickness and quality of the metal. People made pens in the past with cola cans but the aluminum is so thin they don't hold up or make good marks or lettering. Perfect for my use.
