Bought these 3D discs, as well as discs off of the Burton website. These ones were the perfect fit. I have different discs sitting on my board. The one circled is the one I purchased off Amazon. These are the right fit for your older Burton snowboard. My ancient bindings broke, and I was sad but knew I needed to update. Now I can get back out there on my old board with new bindings and enjoy the slopes. :) I recommend these. The bindings I placed are the Burton Citizen bindings.

These are hard to com by but I found them. I’m thinking of buying more so in years from now I can charge 100. It is a bit of a price hike due to lack of them out there

Works as expected - i had an old Burton Custom board from 2005 board with 3D holes- the triangle ones.Bought some new mission Re:Flex bindings and these did the trick.

Burton’s price was $5, but was out of stock when I needed them. I paid $35 because I couldn’t wait. The gouging made me cringe but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Not bad. I have an older burton board with the 3D whole pattern. Had to buy these to mount my new cartels. The plates work but the problem with the reflex plates is that they are suppose to be mounted like the picture. And the "reflex" cut out in the center to "flex" with your board. But giving the 3d pattern the plates need to be spun 90degrees to fit the binding mount and to mount onto your board. Its mounts, but now the flex plate is "flexing" vertical and not horizontal which is the point of the reflex. So they work but they dont at the same time.
