I only have 20 employees so it meets my needs perfectly. The spreadsheets for reporting are great and I would recommend it to any small business as it is easy to use and set up.

I liked the small size of this reader, as I was able to set that up on a desktop versus having to wall-mount. It is a little tricky getting people setup for the fingerprint scanner, but it works flawlessly once they have been setup and recognized by the system.The time clock downloads are easy to do. You do need a memory stick to do that (not included, but relatively inexpensive).This does need to be located with an outlet nearby. It is USB-powered, but with it's own special cord. They do supply the power brick.

This Fingerprint scanning Biometrics Time clock system is actually quite nice and fairly easy to use. The fingerprint scanner is accurate and it rarely needs me to rescan our fingerprints when signing in or out. This unit is not WIFI or ethernet enabled, so you will need to download the time clock data each time. There is an internal battery to keep your settings and data saved in case there is a power outage.The settings are adjustable to a decent amount. I would of liked the option to enter in my employees data on a computer and upload the data directly into the time clock system but so far I have not been able to even though I think that you may be able to.I do like most of the spreadsheets that track and display the shifts and scanned data. Some of the data does not make sense to me but I am trying to understand each time I run the data.I did notice that the clocks time does lose time slowly. After 3 weeks of using it so far I have had to adjust the time twice. This is not a huge time difference but it will let your team punch in on time when they are actually late and they will be standing around past their end time while waiting for the clock to catch up to the actual time.It is easy to mount on a wall but I am not too comfortable with the power cable sticking out of the side as it is too easy to unplug it.

Je trouve que la machine est de bonne qualité, bien faite et elle vient bien emballer.Elle vient avec un guide bien détailler qui donne des indications de façon claire de ce qu'il faut faire pour la configuration. J'aime le fait qu'elle donne plusieurs options comme la reconnaissance du visage, l'empreinte de la paume de main et le mot de passe, car ça diversifie les façons de ce connecté et chacun peut trouver son compte.Il prend jusqu'à 1000 personnes ce qui est assez bon comme nombre.Avec cet appareil, pas de frais mensuels, et elle me permet de calculer avec précision de façon automatique les horaires de mes employés. De plus, elle reconnaît de façon automatique s'il s'agit d'une entrée ou d'une sortie ce qui est très convivial.Son prix est abordable compte tenu des options qu'elle offre et je le recommande.
