I bought these collets for my table top mill and they have worked great. They are a great price and a great buy for an entry level backyard machinist. They came individually wrapped. I made a holder for them out of a piece of wood and a bunch of holes.

I have not had any issues with these collets in my mill. Have used them to hold end mills, straight shank ER-collet holders for drills, countersinks, edge finders, fly cutters, and more... and as I stated I have had no issues.
