I wanted to get a lounge for my deck that could handle a variety of weights. Mission accomplished! I myself read a book earlier this week outside, using the product. As WI comes (slowly) into spring and summer, I'm sure it will be used alot.I wish though that either the company that made this or Amazon would've used a better company than FedEx to deliver it. I'm disabled, living on the second floor. It was left outside!! Which was the reason for ordering it through Amazon. Enlisting help, it was carried up. A friend and I put one of the two together and then she took the other parts home to enjoy herself. Pictures and explanations made it easy to assemble.

We like these chairs! The cushion are great. Including the color, which goes with my patio furniture. They are nice looking and comfortable. Also very sturdy.The seller was fantastic, the backrests arrived damaged. They were very responsive and replaced promptly.

Hands down the best customer service! Seller was excellent and provided fast response and resolution to a chipped table top. Seller made it so easy by sending a replacement top instead of an entire replacement. I had already assembled the chairs and really did not want to have to do it again. By the seller sending only the part I needed I did not have to disassemble and reassemble anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SELLER!Chairs are comfortable but a little thinner then expected. Thickness is not really a big deal though. Assembly was easy but would not want to do it again. The table top had a small chip in it that the seller rectified with convenience and in a prompt manner. The grey color is beautiful and matches my decor great.
