The pictures should show you that it has velcro flaps for the underbelly. That is exactly what I wanted, and I took a chance on getting this one. So glad I lucked out. My pittie has the barrel chest, but isn't super long, so finding a sweater that fits her correctly is a challenge. They generally end up being too long due to her chest size. This one fits her like a glove. She has 26+ in chest, but I only wanted about 16in long on the back. She's about 50 lb. I bought a size medium. It's perfect. It's little weird how the pieces flap and velcro underneath, but the way they do it keeps it looking very sleek. Just little awkward putting it on. 'm sure I'll get used to it, but it's a weight she can wear indoors all winter as she likes having a sweater on. This sweater certainly costs a lot more than any other sweater I have ever bought, but seeing how it fits, and the pretty color, it is completely worth it. It's a great weave too. Not fleecy (catching tons of hair) and not knitted acrylic, which gets very distorted over time. The zippers keep it from being stretched backwards. Highly recommend if you have a dog with a big chest in ratio to their body length. The velcro makes it really adjustable.

I first bought this sweater for a dog at the rescue I volunteer at, I was planning a doggy day out, but the temps were forecasted to be in the 30s. I wanted to still take him hiking, eat outside at a restaurant patio and just enjoy the day with him. I decided on this one because of the way it goes on, you don't have to pull their legs through the leg holes!!! A win for everyone, since I've never met a dog who enjoyed this. Oscar is about 50 pounds and the medium fit him perfectly. He stayed warm all day and was able to enjoy our trip. He also looked VERY handsome and got lots of attention! I like that the zipper in the front allows for more room at the neck and there is a zippered opening for a leash in the back. I prefer to use front-clip harnesses, and this sweater didn't specifically have an opening for that, but the leash comfortably went through the front leg opening and there were no issues. The only thing with the sweater I didn't like was that he would "collect" leaves, needles, etc. on our hike as he explored. I'm sure this would be a problem with any sweater, and when I washed it, it all came out and it was good as new! I highly recommend this sweater for anyone! I since have purchased several more for both some rescue dogs and my own. For those in very cold climates, they make a puffy overcoat that can be layered with this or separately.

We are happy with the quality of the jacket. The red color we chose was cute, and the zipper to make the collar wider to fit over a dog’s head was a smart feature.We also liked the added back zipper, which can be adjusted along its whole length to allow a leash to go through. It lets us use our dog’s harness, which sits farther on his back, with the sweater over it just fine.Maybe it was a mistake on my part based off the size chart, but we found the one we chose to be too big. Our beagle is about 27 pounds, and we chose a medium. However it was much too big to the point where I could Velcro it enough to keep it on. I’ll return it for a small thought because of the overall quality.

My pug is very happy wearing this coat. It is easy to put on her. I believe it is keeping her warmer on her early morning walk. It fits her well. My only complaint is that it did not come in a pink or red for my little girl,

The fit was perfect (L for a 95lb. dog). The fabric is so soft and substantial. Very good value.

It washes well. Air dry. Keeps it's shape well. Maybe a tiny short but overall he looks handsome. Sometimes will put his blue harness over it. I also bought the blue one and pleased as well. Not sure it's worth the price however it appears well made. Velcro strength is good even after being washed. Easy to put on and take off. Pretty color.For reference. Size medium. He is about 55lbs. Enough room when his coat is longer.

The material is good quality and I love the color! The fit is a bit off for my dog. It’s big around the neck so sometimes it slips off one shoulder. The fit around his stomach is also too big for him as tight as it can go. But here’s the thing, the length down his back is great! Any shorter and it wouldn’t keep him warm.

Fits my dog perfectly and she loves wearing it. I was so happy with it that I bought a second one. The zipper on the back doesn't line up with the clip on her harness so we just put the harness over the sweater.

Gute Qualität, einfach anzuziehen und gut zu reinigen. Sowohl in der Maschine, aber ich mach fast nur Handwäsche. Angenehmes Material, warm, aber nicht zu warm.
