Our old angel toppers could not stand upright on the artificial tree. The Kurt Adler angel has a deep cone under her skirt allowing her to stand up. She is white but looks gold when lit. My packaging arrived in good shape and will be kept to protect her until next year.

When we had to replace our 30+ year old angel, I was heartbroken. I didn't want to pick something new without seeing it first and we had some criteria. This met most of them - it was only missing a halo for the angel. The wings on this are very pretty. It looks pretty close to the angel we had and the lights are the same AND NOT battery, which was a little hard to find. Let's hope this one lasts for 30+ years.

Our tree topper (and everything else for that matter) was battered and heavily used over the years, so we replaced nearly everything this year.I've never had an angel on top of the tree but after seeing the selection out here, we decided we would pick up an angel.I literally just pulled this from the shipping box and tested the lights before posting this review. I've attached a quick picture of the angel on my hand lit up. It's perfect.This was the lucky pick, and we are besides ourselves with happiness!! This is hands down the most gorgeous tree topper I think I've ever seen and is perfectly apropos to celebrate my Lord's day of birth.First, mine arrived in absolutely perfect condition (nice job Amazon!!). The head and hands are ceramic. The feathers of the wings are perfect balance of soft down and feather. The detail is absolutely incredible in this angel. The dress and accompanying baubles and trim are really breathtaking! The expression on her face is so befitting, the pose looking down, and the colors of skin and hair are just amazing.I really can't believe this was priced so right. For under $30 this was a very pleasant surprise and cannot wait to put it on the tree.Regarding some of the other less than stellar reviews, I feel badly for them, but I wanted to note that mine came with a small bag attached to the power cord containing 5-6 replacement bulbs and a replacement fuse as well.I cannot recommend in any higher terms how thrilled I am with this purchase, and would encourage anyone wanting a beautiful, heavenly angel atop their tree to consider this one. I am still just stunned at the beauty.

The angel that my wife and I bought for our first Christmas 37 years ago died this year. She had a porcelain face and was very beautiful. We were looking for something to replace her with and I think we found her daughter. We were very pleased with how beautiful the new one was. She fits perfect on our tree and we hope to have her for another 37 years!

After 30 years our treetop angel “Sally†couldn’t be resurrected for one more year. Enter new angel (yet to be named)and she is topping our tree beautifully! Easy to install. Subtle lighting. Just right height for 6 foot tree.
