Was worried that wouldn’t fit the kwikset door knobs in my rental unit; my landlord didn’t the precise model number for the door knobs. All that I could see on the faceplate was kwikset 6WAL. Lucked out big time with this one lol! Been using it for at least a month now, no issues. Easy install with right YouTube video vids

Works well with several brands of door latches to use with thinner doors. I used to get these in local home improvement stores but really hard to find now. Definately reccommend. I used them with Quickset door latches.

I've had trouble opening a couple of doors. Took the handle apart and it's easy to see how the latch wears on the inside. Easy replacement which is better than buying a new handle. One thing tho is that the latch for a handle without a lock isn't exactly the same as a handle for a door without a lock and the two don't mix. I only mention it because I bought the wrong one. I have plenty of door handles so it didn't go to waste.

Had a forty year old lock that was sticking. This adjusted to the right length and now the entire handle works like new. Can’t go wrong if this fits.

Our front door was almost unusable since the latch wouldn't move far enough. A new set would have cost over a hundred dollars and this seemed like if might fix the problem but for just a few dollars. Ok, more than a few, but relatively inexpensive. It worked! I watched a video online to learn how to disassemble the current latch and replace it with this new one. It took under 10 minutes and our door works like new. That's good because they no longer make the same color so we would have ended up having to buy 2 complete new handle sets so we saved 97% but replacing just the broken part.

it broke after 8 months, and it was very difficult to get the door open now it is unable to be locked.

I used this to replace a latch that is faulty and does not retract completely. Installation is pretty easy, just remove the door knob then push the old latch out, take note of the latch length setting, make sure to keep the trim , if there's any. Match the latch length setting in the new latch, then pop in the new latch (and put back the trim or plate.) It very easy and saves you a lot of money by not buying a whole door know set.

Snug fit for my Weiser door set but not too hard to install with a little bit of finagling. Was able to reuse my existing faceplate as well. Now I can walk into the house without face planting into the door. Let’s hope this lasts longer than the original part.

Old latch was broken , easy repair. Much cheaper than replacing lock. Quality product.
