Replaced blown shocks with KYB 364021 in front and KYB KG4539 in rear september 2018. Still passes a simple bounce test in all four corners and the road feel is indistinguishable from right after I installed them (with 10k+ miles). As for the other review that mentions it changes the ride hide, this is simply misinformation, ride height is not dictated by shocks as they are not structural. Take a shock and see how much weight it can support, there is your evidence. What that reviewer probably saw was his clapped out springs not being fully settled after he pulled and replaced them in the car.

These fit my 1991 Bmw E30 318i. They are a great replacement to the old worn out struts, made my car smooth and stable. Made my car enjoyable again.

There is a lot of confusion around whether this strut would fit my 91 325i Convertible. My tube size is 51mm and gland nut they sent appeared to small 44.5 mm They did try to help. But only way for me to know for sureis take car apart and see. You can understand why I think that's a bad choice. So I returned them. Great insert for the car at reasonable price. And they did try to figure it out with me at KYB.
