1998 Chevy 3500 van. They are an improvement over the 113k factory shocks. I think these fit the 1500 and 2500 also. That means they are probably excellent for the 1500 but they are weak on the 3500. There is no way for a shock to be right for that wide range of weights, springs and control that heavy of a rear end. Still probably better than anything else.

These work great on my '97 GMC Savana 3500. The van rides better than it did new.

I had a lot of boat in the water. If you own a box truck you understand. Did a great job taking care of the roll. I did front and rear shocks. I had to contact the seller for the correct fit. First purchase were wrong. Doesn't specify over 8500 pounds on the page.They were very polite and took care of my problem.

Shocks were easy to install on a 1996 GM K5. A handy feature is that the top bolts go through tabs instead of eyes so it is easy to affix one bolt while getting the second started. The ride quality is good, not too rough.

they work as should/ great replacement for factory shocks. got hem on both my GM SUVS
