Exact part and fit for my 2005 Lexus RX330 - cost fraction of the price from the auto repair shop I used which allowed me to purchase my own parts and bring them in for install only. It has been installed for about 1 year with no issues and cannot tell any difference from the drastically overpriced OEM equivalent that the dealership quoted me.

Ease of installation? You have to disassemble the whole strut/shock assembly to install it.It remains to be seen how long this thing lasts.

They work great. We used heat (hair dryer/heat gun) to soften the parts to fit them together; otherwise, they may be difficult to assemble the boot assembly.

I’m definitely a fan of KYB products but these boots are very poor quality. They disintegrated and fell apart after about one year of of use. The failure of the boots ultimately caused my new struts to fail about 5 years later due to corrosion.When I replaced my factory struts the original boots were still intact. Since I went with KYB struts my factory boots could no longer be used otherwise I would’ve kept those on instead.

The strut boot was an easy fit on the strut. I did not have any trouble putting it on. It appears to be sturdy enough to last a long time.
