This strong and compact steel safe is ideal for safely storing money, passports, jewelry, and more.The book safe allows for easy access to your valuables when you need.
Step 1:
- 1. Adjust the dials at"0-0-0"position and twist the button to"unlock".
- Note: no matter what code is on the lock, the default code is "000".
Step 2:
- 2. Use fingers to move the lock slot from A to side, then up to B.
- Don't push up A to B straightly, it will be seized and stopped.
Step 3:
- 3.Set your 3-digit code by rolling the dials, e.g. 321". It's NOT recommended to use simple password, otherwise it might be easily broken into.
- Make sure all numbers are in the center of every dial.
- Please confirm the digital password to be set. Be careful rolling the dials by accident.
Step 4:
- 4. Move the lock slot back from B to A to finish the code setting Your password is "321".
- Reset password again: use the password" 321"that first reset as the initial password, then repeat the 4 steps.
- DO NOT forget your password, or you have no way to get it back.
- NEW & UNUSED–You will receive one new and unused book safe with each purchase.
- The items in the book safe are photographic props, not shipped with the money box. Please know it!

Works good no issues started collecting these just for fun and they are nice for storing small items.As for putting valuables inside - if no one looks probably fine - but if they do its very easy to break the lock or just walk away with it.

Book cover is made of paper and plastic, looks very fragile and the pages don’t look realistic. But the lock box is nice. good for keeping money away from children in your house.

The Route 66 one looks real nice [ I went with this one, b/c in today's society, I don't know many people having dictionary s displayed]. The second one I have, first from here. Solid, nice art work, open & close nice, and just the right size. I actually am using this one for my living room area for all the diff. remotes, lite remotes, pens, eyeglasses, etc. Looks nicer to me than having all that stuff lying loose out in the open.
