I use this without an ultrasonic cleaner and it works great. I leave the dirty movement in the cleaner for 3 or 4 hours and it comes out grease free and shiny.

I soaked my grandfather clock mechanism in a solution made with this concentrate. It wouldn’t run at all before this procedure. After rinsing with water, drying and reassembly, my clock works well again.
