I had a fuser unit from this series (it fits many of them) that I wasn't sure about because of occasional flaking of toner on thick applications of dark black spots, so I replaced it before the machine told me to do so. Smashing success with this great fuser. Now the printing is more shiny - great sheen, and no flaking at all.Text is no longer missing little bits I had not noticed before, but now it's all fixed. Pages come out looking right - I totally recommend this one.
