This is exactly true to description and photo and I definitely would have worn it if it had gotten to me in time for the costume party. Some issue with shipping caused it to be delayed so I wore something else and returned this. The feather epaulets looked great, they have a green/blue/purple sheen and padding. I saw on other reviews that some came missing the fasteners but mine came with a bag with the 4 clips pictured in the product photo. If I ever needed something like this in the future, I would order again. Looked high quality especially for price.

The feathers were beautiful but theyfell apart easily and the black feather was stained my shoulders and my costume.

I love how the feathers look real. The only problem is I don't know how to put them on as it doesn't have anything to attach it to. Guess I'll have to see it onto my outfit.

Worth the $20. Used for my rein faire outfit. It was easy to assemble and the feathers were gorgeous. It was kinda of tricky to get to where it was not falling down and comfortable and it literally broke within 3 hrs in but I was able to tie the strings into the fabric. For $20 it was expected.

As showed in one of the pictures, the package came with the golden lacy part completely separate from the feathery shoulder pads. The problem was, it did not come with anything to attach the parts together. Still, it is a pretty cool design; but I will have to find a way to sew or glue them together.Also, it is a nice concept; but feathers were already coming off before I removed it from the package.The shoulder pads are made of foam, and seem to be comfortable.

Chest piece poorly planned only ties on back so doesn't stay in place. Shoulder pieces are just that don't even attach to chest piece or stay on shoulders not worth 3 dollars... Don't waste your money
