Great product but poor set-up I can't understand instruction at all.

I am a retired lab technician at a chemical plant (28yrs.), so I know about this type of drying rack. So far it appears to be very quality product. The instruction sheet is written solely in Chinese. I don't read Chinese. Not counting the 2 large pieces of rack backboard, this comes with 125 individual parts. This includes screws, spacers, plastic brackets, hoses, hose barbs, and some parts that I can't identify. The pictures on the instruction sheet are not very good and there are 3 pictures where I cannot tell what it is supposed to be a picture of. This appears to be an excellent quality product. I subtracted 1 star for no English on the instruction sheet & very poor pictures.
