I love how it rises. I do agar work and didn’t feel comfortable working just an inch under my flow hood. Luckily I can raise this about 4 inches or so and sits well above the bottom of the flow hood

Junk used this to try to install a garbage disposal and the thing wouldn’t even lift it up. Lame!!

This Lab Scissors Jack is a little wobbly, but will work for what I intend to use it for. The platform does not sit level. It has a slight downward tilt, which could be a problem for what I intend to use it for. So, I will have to add some shims, to level it out. Other than that, it works as it should.

I'm using the lift to regulate the temperature on the BBQ grill and it works perfectly. Sounds strange but it works.

This Lab Scissors Jack platform is a must have if you are hanging pictures using laser light. It did save me the hassle of adding blocks and books to raise the light for adjustments. My laser Lab Scissors Jack was lost on a jobsite so purchased this one as a replacement. I am pleased with this one.
