These came delivered in a plastic bag. This was inside a box with another order, no problem.The cartridges fit perfectly in my older PT-D400. They printed with no problem and fed through the machine smoothly. I was surprised at the quality given the price.The only thing I do not like about these was that the backing is hard to remove. I have been folding the label in half and creasing it to separate the two pieces on the back. They are scored through the middle, but do not come off nearly as easily as Brothers' labels. By folding the labels I end up with a small crease through the middle, which is visible in my second picture.This is not a serious issue for me, but if I were paying someone by the hour to make many labels, or to do something like feed and label computer network cable, I would have to consider something else. But for occasional use, this is a good value.

As much as I love all my different label makers, there is one brand that stands out among them all. Brother has always had the best label makers and their laminated style cartridges are a cut above the rest. Sure, other label maker brands have laminated lines of labels, but none come close the engineering that Brother has put into their cartridges.This is even noticeable in clones of their cartridges. They almost always deliver quality labels, and the split back design is pervasive through all of their cartridges, first party or 3rd party.I love the economic value that these cartridges provide. I did pull out my calipers to double check the label width across a few different cartridges and can confirm they are all ~12.05mm in width. They feed flawlessly through my label maker (PT-P950NW) and work just fine with full cut and half cut settings.I had no problem running them through with the high-resolution mode enabled on my PT-P950NW. The adhesive is decently strong and will readily stick to most surfaces as long as you properly clean the surface beforehand with IPA or pure water.
